P0172 1999 Toyota Camry -how can i get rid of engin light on?

Recently i have changed spark plug and 02 oxygen sensor, did not work still engin light on

P0172 Fuel trim too rich

P0170 Fuel trim malfunction

When you encounter a running rich condition this is more of a mechanical condition , Mechanical condition should be ruled out. a cylinder with a low compression will result in running rich compression check should be done the limit for the compression per cylinder is 142 psi.
