P0500 SCION -

Question

Hi I have 2005 scion tc that has a problem with the speedometer.  My dad changed the sensor but the speedometer is still not worikng properly.  The P0500 code is coming up.  Please help!

If the speed sensor is working fine and you still have this code, then the speedometer itself could cause this code to appear. You are likely going to need to replace the speedometer/instrument cluster to resolve the problem.
