P1441 Undesired intake manifold vacuum flow to the EVAP (evaporative ) emission system

P1137 Lack of switching (indicates lean) Sensor 2

The code condition can indicate the Evap vent is open when the command is given to close from the PCM this can be the vent solenoid performance problem. This does not always mean the vent solenoid is the problem the FTP (fuel tank pressure) sensor can also be reporting incorrectly.P1137 is usaully the downstream 02 sensor that is failing, When a 02 sensor degrades it goes lean.
