This may need a transmission works if through diagnosis that the TCC soleoind is found to be faulty, It is located in the transmission side cover. This code condition can be a electrical condition . For now make a inspection the TCC fuse this is a fused protected solenoid . The fuse for this solenoid is located in the engine fuse box which is a 10 amp fuse listed as TRANS SOL. replace if open
