I have a 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo with @ 160,000 miles. In the past two months have replaced the water pump, radiator, thermostat and spark plugs but it still over heats. The check engine light comes on & off. The following codes came up when I turned the key off/on 3x's: p 0121, p0123, p0300, p320, p1489, p1490 and p1682..... Last but not least I have replaced the radiator fan fuse ( green 40A) twice and it is blown again. What could be the cause of this?

P0121 TP (throttle position) sensor voltage does not agree with MAP (manifold absolute pressure) sensor

P0123 Throttle position sensor #1 voltage too high

P0300 Random misfire

P0320 No crank reference signal at PCM

P1489 High speed fan relay control circuit

P1490 Low speed fan relay control circuit

P1682 Charging system voltage too low

Blowing the radiator cooling fan fuse, this is more of a wiring issue. When a fuse blows open it due to power touching ground,This can be the cooling fan itself that shorting out, P0121 and P0123 and P0320 this is all related to a wiring issue . These 3 sensor are connected by a 5 volts primary When the 5 volts primary is lost TPS sensor goes high and MAP sensor losses its reference so does the crank sensor. And this code up a P0300 (random misfire),which can also result in no start situation. What you have is a wire issue  at or along the PCM 5 volts primary which  is for the TPS and MAP and CKP(crank position sensor).
