P1443 Subaru - Has there ever been a recall for the parts involved in this code?

I have a 2007 Suburu Impreza WRX STI and I can't get gas because whatever is going on is causing gas pumps to shut off, making my check engine light, Cruise Control light, ABS brake lights all come on. I need to know if the P1443 code for the EVAP control issue has even been involved in a recall or if it is covered under warrantee.

P1443 Vent control solenoid valve function problem

The way the vent valve works it normally open when the engine is open. when the EVAP vent is stuck closed it has improper fueling. This was not involved in a recall, as for the warrantee there may be none. As for this type of code it will not disable the ABS light or the cruise control. Unless you have traction control. Then yes a CK ENG Lt. can and will disable ABS and traction control
