Dash lights and fans run after ignition is off and key out ?????

When ignition is turned off, all dash lights, fans, and accessories stay on. I have checked and replaced all relays . When I disconnect battery, everything turns off until next ignition cycle, and happens again. any suggestions?????

A bad ignition switch is the main cause for the dash lights, fans, and accessories staying on.

P1131 probably going to the Swirl control valve control solenoid valve or the check switch
