P0201 Dodge - I installed new Injector now prob is worse

2006 mitsubishi raider(same as dakota) threw code p0201.truck would limp while driving and I could pull over and restart and prob would be fine.used to be when accelerating.i installed new injector now prob is constant.what could it be?ive swapped tps,cam and crank sensors and now injector...

P0201 Fuel injector number 1 circuit

This is the ECM, what gives it away is when you restart the engine and the problem goes away. If the problem was the fuel injector it would be constant
