What does a p2305 and a p0132 involve on a 2003 Chrysler Voyager LX with a 2.4 engine ? Thanks, AC

Question

I was going down the road and engine started running rough and loss of power. Engine light on, hooked scanner, got a p2305, p0132. Replaced PCM, map,Tps,cleaned IAC, coil,wires,plugs,both o2s,took off tank and replaced fuel pump and filter. Also, air filter,PVC, cleaned throttle body,new battery,checked harness ......???!! Having same problem with same codes.

Does anyone with a clue know what might be the problem ??!!!!!!
