2002 Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD Duramax with engine code P0183, replaced the sensor and still got the same code, any ideas?

P0183 Fuel temperatrue sensor circuit high

When the fuel temperature sensor indicates a high voltage signal a low temperature indication code will occur and this is P0183, Inspect the harness for proper connection and just for a test remove the seal in the harness connection. this can be a intermittent condition. Other than that alot of Fuel temperature sensor code have been related to ECM needing a reflash. TSB # 02-06-04-058.
