Hi there,

The code 300 is a random cylinder misfire code, the P0316 is associated with the #6 cylinder ignition coil. Most of the time these codes are caused by the #6 coil. I would try swapping #6 with the one next to it and see if the misfire moves with it. This would confirm the coil is no good.
