P1788 - galant 2007

Question

1- when u put the lever on D then N keeps blinking and if u put it on sport mode it goes on 3rd and doesn't change
2- when i checked it with scanner i found this code saying no voltage output
3- how can i check that the ecu part of the trans is functioning well? or the range switch & the valve group switch?
