I have a check engine light on with a code  P0135 on a 2001 Toyota Sequoia.     Where is the Oxygen Sensor located at and what tools do I need to correct the problem?

This code is for the bank 1 O2 sensor 1 heater circuit. Typically the sensor itself is the cause of the issue. Replacement generally runs about $200 to repair.
