I had a code reading I received a p0420 code and then a p0446 code. The first code was taken care of the code p0446 is still showing up on the OBDII what does this code mean ? can it have something to do with the wiring or my hazard lights please help?

Hi there,

The P0446 code is for the vent control solenoid. This is bolted to the charcoal canister under the car. It's very common for these to fail. You can pull it off and add a power and a ground wire to see if the valve actually moves, but in most cases just removing it and looking inside will tell you if it's rusted up or not.
