P0303 Ford -mustang 3.9 lt

Question

I have this code and p0316 on an 04 3.9 .did a tune up and cleared codes. Still has hesitation.
what else can it be. engine has 103 grand on it.no water in oil and I replaced waterpump last year.

This could still be the result of the intake manifold having a leak or a problem with the ignition coil. If that looks good, then the next step would be a compression test.
