2001 Hyundai XG30 3.ltr P1118 and P1178 error

Hi there, we have an XG30 ( I know don't laugh) which is showing P1118 and P1178 error codes. If we get a new/second hand Throttle Body Motor and Sensor and replace the old one, could it be more than ETS Malfunction and battery Voltage open? Patrick@OsullivanCars
