P0301 to P0303 is a misfire code. You dont need to have a ignition coil code to have a bad coil always. I would start by replacing the spark plugs if you have not done so in the correct maintenance schedule

possible causes:

- Faulty spark plug (s)
- Faulty ignition coil (s)
- Clogged or faulty fuel injector (s)
- Intake air leak
- Fuel injectors harness is open or shorted
- Fuel Injectors circuit poor electrical connection
- Ignition coils harness is open or shorted
- Ignition coils circuit poor electrical connection
- Insufficient cylinders compression
- Incorrect fuel pressure

P0140 and P0141 is for bank 1 sensor 2 oxygen sensor (after catalytic converter)
