Honda crv mk 2 auto changed coils plugs air filter still not idling even and loss of power intermittently when pulling away getting 300,301,302,303,304 codes difficulty starting

I would check the valves clearance because they do need adjusting every 50k or so

if not they can be off timing and damage the valve by hitting the piston.
