Question

Hi,

So here is the situation. My 2007 Dodge Durango has had multiple problems starting with a blocked catalytic converter which scorched a few valves into the drivers side head. As the head was fixed the engine was acting weird, such as dumping fuel on the passenger side of the engine and fuel injectors on the drivers side not firing. The mechanic took the car to the dealer who warrantied the PCM. After the new PCM was installed the transmission will only start out in 3rd gear which it didn't do before. I can manually shift the car but that's it. Does the computer have to be coded for the tranny? What are my options at this point?
