Where can I find the intake valve timing control solenoid in a 2003 Nissan Sentra 1.8L? I have the engine code P0011

Dirty oil can clogg the valve which will set the light on. If you have not replaced the oil in 3700 miles replace the oil, you can also do an engine flush, and you can also remove the intake timing control solenoid valve and clean it with brake cleaner and put it back on.
