I get a p0203 code my 07 jeep says fuel injector 3 circuit/open so wiring or the fuel injector bad?

code p0203 fuel injector 3 circuit/open it is a bad injector or it is the wiring?

check the spark plugs first you should consider replacing them with the age of the car. check the ASD relay. Most likely the ignition coil (whole ignition coil assembly will have to be replaced if its bad) is bad before the injector and  injector is bad before the wiring harness.
