P0449 Evaporative emission (EVAP) vent solenoid control circuit

The replacement of the EVAP vent solenoid may not be the solution unless voltage to this solenoid is performed.The ECM codes this when incorrect voltage occurs.In the engine fuse box, fuse listed as 4WS which is a 15 amp fuse needs to be intact and check for power (B+).
