On my 2005 Nissan Altima can the crankshaft or camshaft sensor cause a P0302 or P0203 code?

Most likely not because there are codes just for the crankshaft sensor and camshaft sensor.

P0203 is probably a faulty/clogged fuel injector 3 

P0302 is probably a bad coil or spark plugs in cylinder 2 (if you have never replaced the spark plugs replace them all)
