P1135 with p0446 1998 Toyota Camry - car will not start why?

car will not start is this oxygen sensor?

P1135 A/F (airflow sensor) heater circuit malfunction

P0446 Evaporative emission control system vent control malfunction

 The air flow sensor is also refferred to as a 02 sensor, the difference is a air flow sensor (A/F) is a wide band sensor, and a 02 is narrow band. wide band means it is faster. These 2  code has nothing to do with a no start condition, The basic will need to be performed such as checking for spark and checking for proper fuel pressure. and inpection and checking mechanical conditions.
