P1187 Ford - Focus 2007 110hp 1.6tdci limp mode afther five min stop

Question

we have this code and goes straigt to limpmode afther a 5 min or longer stop. what could it be? we tryed to flash it with byteshooter and file works good and everything but now its the same if we use tune file or original it goes to limpmode afther a five min stop and engine light on. we are empty of ideas. HELP!!
