P2017 - Jeep Patriot 2008

Question

I just recently had a OBD II Diagnostic test done on my Jeep and it came up with the code specified in my question. Is there anything I can do as an at home fix or is this something I should take into the shop to get fixed. I a planning a road trip within the next couple weeks and want to make sure this is not a serious issue.
