This code is for the throttle position sensor on the side of the throttle body.

The most common causes for the code are a bad sensor or the wiring to the sensor. More specifically the 5 volt reference wire tends to break or burn up. Check the pins on the wiring harness, key on engine off, one should have 5 volts. If it does, replace the sensor, if not, try to find the break in the sensor.
