Other sights claim it is a bad COP but this car doesn't have COP. I already replaced the ignition coil to correct problem but no luck in that department.

Vehicle: 2002, mercury, cougar, 2.5 liter

P0352 Ignition coil "B" primary circuit malfunction

This wire lead is for spark timing which comes frm the ECM,  Low voltage to the coil pack at the IGN/RUN terminal usually cause this condition to code up, The IGN/RUN has to be at (B+) battery voltage, that is greater than 10 volts.
