2009 toyota hi ace van trh210r with 2tr-fe engine. has code b2799, immobiliser fault.

have tried 2 keys with same result. swapped key readers, same result, reader worked ok in other van.
I suspect it's a wiring issue or immobiliser ecu fault.
Is trouble shooting sequence/ diagram available?
