P1409 EGR vacuum regulator solenoid

Check the vacuum source for this solenoid, One port is for intake vacuum and the other goes to the EGR valve, It can also mean EGR valve is non operational.To test this valve remove the cap , in doing so there will be a vacuum signal, put your finger on it, the EGR valve if it is functional will open and cause the engine to stumble,
