I have replaced the vent valve solenoid and purge valve solenoid and have let the truck go through many cycles and the check engine light is still on. What is my next step?

P0449 Evaporative canister vent solenoid control circuit

Check the fuse in the engine fuse junction box, it is listed as 4WS the fuse is a 15 amp. Voltage measurement at this fuse is also necessary, When P0449 codes , it is due to insufficient ground, the ground to the EVAP needs to be measured if it is insufficient the PCM will need a replacement.
