P0303 Ford - 2002 windstar 3.8 codes cylinder 3 misfire causes and how to repair?

Engine cel flashing rough idle and shaking also have bank 1&2 fuel lean codes not sure if they are related

P0303 Misfire number 3 cylinder

As long as the compression of the number 3 cylinder is good,and the sparkplug ,its plug wire and the ignition of the number 3 clyinder is good, The lean bank code can be the cause of the rough idle. Vacuum leaks causing false air such as the PCV valve or hose that has ruptured or vacuum disconnected should be inspected, there is also the plenum and intake gasket .
