Looking for code P0962 definition on a 2003 Saturn Ion 3 w/ 2.2L engine

Question

Working on a 03 Saturn Ion Level 3, Tran Code M43. It does not shift from 1st until you get to about 50mph. Put the OMDII PC on it and came back with code P0962. The only thing I am able to come up with using search engines and the code is "Pressure Control solenoid A". Need to know if this is correct and are parts like this sold separately (as apposed to purchasing the whole $500 or $600 assembly). Also, can I purchase a book of OBDII Codes?

P0962 Line pressure control solenoid circuit low

The line pressure control solenoid is also sold seperately from the whole control valve assemby, When the pressure control solenoid fails the TCM turns off power to PC solenoid this is where you have a maximun line pressure and no shift.The test you can do to determine the PC state is a resistance test, If tis transmission is a AF23-5 the resistance is 5.0 ohms to 5.6 ohms.At the transmission connector, If it is a VT25-E the resistance is about 3.5 to 4.1 ohms. If this turns out to be a failed TCM the PC solenoid has to be replaced irregardless.Diagram has both type of transmission the Ion uses.
