2008 Honda Civic Hybrid with code P0420 recently in extremely cold weather. Has warmed up and code does not reappear. Any similarity?

P0420 Catalyst sytem below threshold

Reason for DTC: Poor fuel quality, Engine coolant thermostat,  catalytic, secondary 02 sensor (downstream)

In order for the catalytic convertor to work the temperature must reach at least 1,200 to 1,600 degrees fahrenheit,The 02 sensor must also be functional and working, so should the engine thermostat, The related cause of P0420 especially in cold weather is the thermostat.the engine operating temperature even in extreme cold weather should be 158 degrees fahrenheit.
