P0448 Nissan - FRONTIER 6 CYL.

I HAVE A 2007 NISSAN FRONTIER 6 CYL. AND CODE P20448 CAME ON. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

you will have to check the EVAP system for broken, loose or clogged hoses first. If nothing is found most likely the EVAP canister vent control valve is bad if there is nothing wrong with EVAP canister.

The evap canister is under the car near the gas tank (see picture below) 

Possible causes:

-EVAP canister vent control valve

-EVAP control system pressure sensor and the circuit

- Blocked rubber tube to EVAP canister vent control valve

- EVAP canister is saturated with water
