P0650 and P0101 99 grand Prix. Starts and stalls within seconds. Any suggestions?

With P0650 with a no mil light and a no start condition , this would be the power supplies to the PCM, this also inculdes the grounds to the PCM. Check the under hood fuse listed as ECM sense and ECM fuse both of these fuse are 10 amp replace fuse if open,( you also need to test these for battery voltage) there is also a I / P IGN fuse that need to be check this is also a 10 amp fuse. P0650 will create the no start , The ECM is not receiving power.
