2007 Toyota Camry 3.5L with engine code P0031

Question

On the 2007 Toyota Camry 3.5L, where is the H02S heater control circuit low B1/S1 located? Is it also known as the A/F ratio sensor?

Bank 1 sensor 1 is the A/F ratio sensor and it will be near the fire wall on the exhuast manifold (see picture B1,S1)

 A/F ratio sensor is on the exhuast manifold and oxygen sensor is after the catalytic converter
