P2000 Saturn - 2005 Saturn Vue

CEL came on, had it inspected at first no codes showed up. Reset ECM and CEL came back on, this time it posted P2000(?) and P0300 (random misfire). The only thing I can find on the P2000 code is it has to do with the Cat and O2 sensors. Some have said replace the CAT, but had the CAT tested and it checked good. Where can I find more information on this code? Could the P0300 code be causing the P2000?

I cant find P2000 for this car in the service manual. The p0300 might be causing this code to come on.
