I am getting a P1416 SE code on my 2000 Oldsmobile Bravada, is it the air pump?

P1416 Secondary airinjection circuit malfunction

Low to no flow of the secondary air flow can cause this code, any secondary air hose not properly attacted can also cause this code to set.The airpump has a fuse that should be check listed as AIR solenoid fuse ,Air fuse
