p0700 code on a 2006 Dodge Ram 5.7L, changed solenoid pack, now that codes come up and will now do anything

Was the transmission lines flushed after replacing the solenoid pack because if there are metal shaving and other contaminants it will mess up the new solenoid pack and etc ? The wiring harness has to be checked
