electronic Throttle control system doesn't work with the 10 A fuse, what else could be the issue?

Did you just start the car or something before the light came on? Did you check fuses that is labeled ETCS and ETCM power supply? Try to check all the fuses hopefully its fuse related, if not the throttle body might need to be checked/replaced along with the wiring worst cause the wiring might be bad or the ECU.
