P0203 Dodge engine code, how do you fix it and can a regular owner do it himself?

P0203 engine code on my 2004 Dodge Ram Laramie 5.9L Cummins Diesel, how do you fix it, and can a regular owner do it himself? Having loss of power.

There is either an injector problem, harness problem or ECM is bad
