96 ranger 2.3 what to try for cde p1445

1996 ford ranger xlt 2.5 2 wheel drive 5speed took in for emission test and failed showed code p1443, replaced purge flow sensor and solenoid new, reset codes, went back to emissions and failed again this time with code p1445. need help don't know what to try next

P1443 Incorrect evaporative purge control valve flow

P1445 Purge flow sensor high voltage

P1445 mean circuit high, this mean the PCM does not see the connection, where the terminal connect check and inspect that the pins are not pushed in, that or the harness to the purge flow is broken, which does break easy.
