P2539 & P0089 codes

Question

Engine light came on
my scan tool pulled codes P0089 and P2539.
Dealer says the codes they pulled were P2008, P3138, P310B.
Dealer says it need new fuel pump (in the tank) and the intake manifold runner control motor?

Car has 62,000 original miles & is driven fairly regularly but just not great distances.

Haven't noticed any performance or operational changes after driving it 40 miles.
Dealer service tech said it wouldn't hurt anything to drive it???

Anyone have any experience with this & if this sounds right.

P0089 Fuel pressure regulator pressure performance

P2539 Low pressure fuel sensor circuit

P2008 Intake manifold runner control circuit open bank 1

P3138 Intake flap for airflow control difference

P310B Fuel pressure outside specification

This is correct, the scan tool you use can only give you codes that are stored in memory of that scan tool , most being generic codes, When the use of a maunufactuer scan tool the needed definition are stored and any code in the ECM are easily retrieved ,
