P0014 Isuzu - will replacing variable timing solenoid correct this code

replaced crankshaft & camshaft position sensors already. Will replacing the variable timing solenoid correct his problem code?

Here is the diagnostic procedures and the location. How often do you change the oil? Dirty or low and can this code? You can try to remove the variable timing solenoid and clean it with brake cleaner first, if there is no damge to the wiring the replacement should fix it
