I have a p0351 code on my 2000 ford focus with a 2.0 doch engine?

The car is hard to start and does not hold idle very well. It is running very rough with no power any suggestions? I have tried different coil packets with no difference. It stumbles and surges with no consistency would the ecm do that?

The ECM is the last thing to test or replace. Start with the replacing wiring and distributor

- Faulty Ignition Coil 1

- Ignition Coil 1 harness is open or shorted

- Ignition Coil 1 circuit poor electrical connection

- Faulty Engine Control Module (ECM)
