I have a 2003 chrysler voyager i replace the transmission twice in 1 year now is showing codes po700/po740/po742 any help

P0700 Transmission fault detected, MIL light requested

P0740 Torque convertor clutch control circuit

P0742 Torque convertor clutch circuit stuck on

Most TCC (torque convertor clutch) troublr codes are cause by internal problems , This transmission will need to a hydraulic pressure test performed.
