>2003 ranger 3.0 flex...getting errors p1130, p1150, p0171, p0174 and p0316. Engine idles really rough, but otherwise OK. Starts fine as well? Any suggestions where to start?

P1130 Lack of upstream heated 02 sensor

P1150 Fuel trim 02 not switching

P0171 Fuel trim lean bank 1

P0174 Fuel trim lean bank 2

P0316 Misfire detection monitor

Make a visual inspection and look for false air such as a vacuum leak especially at the PCV valve and its hose connection inspect for rupture on the hose, The EGR can also slightly open giving false air and setting P0316 without coding a EGR position code, The MAF (mass airflow) air duct also needs to be inspected for this condition , You basically have a lean condition , With P1130 and P1150 check the 02 harness condition some Ranger flex has 02 sensor connection so close together  that can accidently get swap  on both front bank, setting these condition
