P0174 Toyota - 2004

Question

I have a 2004 Toyota avolan I just had the timming belt, water pump and two other belts replaced but when I got the car back its been running like it wants to stall. funny but the mechanic called to check if everything is running right, now the check engine light cam on and is reading PO174 can you guys help?.. Please

P0174 System too lean bank 2

This is a lean system where the air to fuel ratio is off, you are recieveing more air than fuel this , Something got disconnected, Have the work that was performed rechecked.
