Question

I REPLACE THE THE DIST.FOR THE PO340 CODE BUT THE CHECK ENGINE LITE IS STILL ON WHY IS THAT,I ALSO REPLACE CONNECTORS TO THE DIST.

P0340 Camshaft position sensor circuit malfunction

The camshaft sensor is in the distributor, This leaves you only with the ECM as having problem ,Replacing the connector at the distributor is a good idea, The signal at the ECM will need to be tested.
